Where is my laptop?
Before contacting PDS about your order status, please consider that it will take no less than 30 business days
from the day you place your order for your laptop to be delivered to you. Due to reasons beyond the control of PDS and Marquette University, your order cannot be expedited. You can enter your quote number or order date below to show you your earliest possible delivery date.
If it has been longer than 30 business days since you placed your order and you have questions related to orders status, contact the PDS Service Desk during regular business hours. To assist you with your request, please be sure to have the quote number available from your order confirmation email.
Tracking information is not assigned until your laptop has been shipped. Once your laptop has been shipped you will receive an email message providing you with tracking and order information. Please note that you may receive tracking information for any accessories ordered and shipped prior to your laptop shipment.
