- 1986 - Company founded as Memory & More initially acting as a computer component wholesaler to resellers
- 1991 - Launched the Paragon Development Systems line of computers
- 1993 - Moved into newly constructed facility
- 1993 - PDS sales hit $5 Million
- 1995 - Acquired Pegasys Corporation (Network services company)
- 1995 - Officially changed company name to Paragon Development Systems, Inc.
- 1995 - PDS sales hit $12.5 million
- 1997 - Completed "State of the Art" production facility
- 1997 - PDS sales hit $22 Million
- 1998 - PDS earned ISO 9002 registration
- 1998 - Started Enterprise Service offerings: help desk, security and network automation consulting
- 1999 - Started Logistics and Life Cycle Management offerings
- 1999 - Launched world-class Customer Care Center
- 1999 - PDS sales hit $30 Million
- 2000 - Acquired assets of PC Solutions, Inc.
- 2000 - Established offices in Madison and Brookfield, WI and began to provide Staff Augmentation services
- 2000 - Expanded Enterprise Service offerings to include Network Solutions and e-Development
- 2000 - PDS received patent for Rack N RollSM packaging and deployment system for the method of manufacturing packing and transporting computers
- 2000 - PDS sales hit $62 Million
- 2001 - Expanded Enterprise Service offerings to include Storage Management
- 2001 - Introduced Good Life Cycle Practices (GLCPTM)
- 2002 - Introduced LCM Strategic Sourcing
- 2003 - Completed major headquarters expansion and upgrade
- 2003 - Invested millions of dollars constructing in-house 24x7 Service Desk
- 2004 - Relocated Madison facility to 22,000 sq. ft. former fitness center
- 2006 - Added an office in Wausau, Wisconsin
- 2007 - PDS CEO (Craig Schiefelbein) publishes first book "Get Out of IT While You Can"
- 2007 - Added an office in Kansas City, Kansas
- 2007 - Surpassed $100 million revenue mark in November
- 2008 - PDS acquires Vision Controls
- 2008 - Launch of LeadIT Magazine
- 2008 - Recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work" by Milwaukee Magazine
- 2008 - Honored by Intel for "Most Innovative Solutions for Business."
- 2009 - PDS acquires Provident Technologies
- 2009 - PDS opens Minneapolis, MN office
- 2010 - PDS wins Partner of the Year, Cisco Data Center, Central Region
- 2010 - PDS wins Partner of the Year, Novell, End-user Computing
- 2010 - PDS awarded VHA contract, nationwide group purchasing agreement
- 2010 - PDS 22nd largest HP partner in United States
