Craig Schiefelbein
Chief Executive Officer

Craig Schiefelbein

In 1986, Schiefelbein co-founded Memory and More; which is now Paragon Development Systems (PDS). PDS has grown 23 out of 25 years in business. He is recognized as one of the most innovative chief executive officers in the industry and is the author of the book Get Out of I.T. While You Can. Craig has directed all aspects of PDS from innovation to market delivery. Twice Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, Craig is the co-founder and chairman of the Oconomowoc Area Foundation. He serves as Board Director for First Bank, UW College of Business and Economics; Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Froedtert Hospitals President's Advisory Council, and various civic organizations. Craig has been recognized as "Citizen of the Year" for his philanthropy and community service by the Chamber of Commerce. Recently, Intel named PDS the Top Business Innovator in North America, while Gartner recognized PDS for Outstanding Community Service. Craig is very proud that PDS has been recognized four times for building one of the "Best Places to Work" headquartered in Wisconsin.

Tom Mount
Chief Financial Officer

Tom Mount

Mr. Mount joined the Company in 1994 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He focuses on the financial and operational side of the business which includes accounting, manufacturing & distribution, and human resources. Prior to PDS, he spent two years as founder and President of Delicious Valley Foods, an importer and wholesaler of custom cut frozen vegetables for the consumer foods market. Prior to Delicious Valley, Mr. Mount spent seven years at Stokely USA, Inc. as a Director of Operations, and oversaw a division of the company that included two frozen food processing plants in Mexico and one in Texas. Prior employment experience includes IBM and Deloitte & Touche in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Mount is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BBA Accounting) and from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (MBA, Beta Gamma Sigma honors).

Austin Park
Chief Technology Officer

Austin Park

Mr. Park joined PDS in 2004 as Vice President of Infrastructure Services. As Vice President of Infrastructure Services he built out new advanced technology solutions and organized the services group to build strong technical depth in our core disciplines. He was later promoted in 2007 to Chief Technology Officer, to oversee all of PDS technology competencies and service operations. Today as CTO and Senior Vice President, he is responsible for architecting a cohesive strategy for PDS. He directly oversees Research and Development, Consulting Services, and Project Execution. He also oversees the development of our cloud offerings, including the Cloud Extension Center. Prior to PDS, he held various management and consulting roles in the IT industry, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at MBT, Inc. from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Park currently sits on the North American Partner Advisory Board for VMware, HP Executive Channel Advisory Panel for HP ESSN, and Cisco North America Channel Advisory Board. He also volunteers his time to act in an advisory capacity to local community technical colleges in curriculum development.

Michael Grall
Chief Operating Officer

Michael Grall

Mike joined PDS in 1995 to head up their healthcare market expansion. In addition to his healthcare market experience, he brought with him a strong operational and sales background and leads many of those functions at PDS today. Currently Internal IT, e-Commerce, Software Development, Vendor Relations, Procurement, Inside Sales and the Novation relationship relationship are under Mike's executive leadership. Prior to PDS, Mike served as the Marketing and Operations Director for a software development division of Teamcare Pharmacy. His overall experience working with the healthcare and IT markets spans more than 17 years. In addition to his duties at PDS, Mike also sits on an advisory board for Fujitsu Corporation. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree from UW Madison and a Masters of Business Administration from UW Milwaukee.

Chris Thorsen
Vice President, Product Development

Chris Thorsen

Mr. Thorsen joined PDS in 1991. He is responsible for PDS Technologies, focusing on Leadership products that incorporate Advanced Technologies to enable the Company's clients to innovate and automate. With over 20+ years of experience in the IT Industry, Mr. Thorsen sits on the Board of Advisors of Intel Corporation; he also sits on the Partner Advisory Council of Microsoft Corporation. Previously, Thorsen held the positions of Director of Customer Service and Vice President of Service Operations for PDS. Before joining PDS, Thorsen was a system engineer and a managing partner for a start-up company - Pegasys Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and is certified by Novell as Certified NetWare Engineer.

John Miller
Vice President, Sales

John Miller

Mr. Miller joined PDS via the acquisition of Entre in February 2000. He is responsible for the overall sales strategy, including new client development, regional sales expansion, and legacy market management. He has 13 years of experience directly in IT sales having grown from an inside sales role, to outside sales, to sales management, to executive sales leadership. Mr. Miller has also grown the Company's regional expansion in key geographic markets such as Illinois, Ohio, and Minnesota. John's philosophy of consultative selling can be felt by PDS' growing customer base, as the PDS sales team is measured by their impact to their clients' business. He also plays an active and visible role with mass and strategic marketing activities, including being a contributing writer for Lead IT Magazine and as a regular speaker at PDS sales and marketing events, in addition to other industry events. Key to his speaking and writing is strong testimonial and movement to partnership strategies that accelerate business growth. He has served on an advisory board for Lenovo, while also being actively involved in the Company's primary vendor relationships, including, but not limited to, HP, IBM, NetApp, and VMware. Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Michigan University along with earning recognition as chapter president for the American Marketing Association and the prestigious organization of the year award during his tenure-ship as president.

Kerry Marti
Vice President, Product Services

Kerry Marti

Mr. Marti joined PDS in 1992. He leads the configuration and logistics teams at PDS. With a continual focus on supply-chain efficiency and streamlining the fulfillment processes for PDS clients, Mr. Marti has been responsible for many of the innovative product delivery solutions at PDS, including co-creation the Rack N Roll packaging and delivery system.

Gareth Harwood
Vice President, Marketing

Gareth Harwood

Gareth leads all aspects of the PDS brand, marketing and communication strategies. With over 18 years of marketing experience, Gareth's diverse background and creative influence has contributed heavily to PDS's competitive advantage and market differentiators. Prior to joining PDS in 2004, Gareth relocated his consulting business from Southern California to Milwaukee, where his creative leadership helped drive market development for businesses ranging from high-tech and manufacturing start-ups, to large OEMs, e-commerce, and healthcare informatics based companies. Gareth resides in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin with his wife and two daughters, and is a current board member of the Oconomowoc Area Foundation.
