Artie PatrolSM Monitoring Solution
Artie PatrolSM is a remote network and desktop management solution designed to fulfill the monitoring, support, administration, and management requirements of all or a portion of our client's shared I.T. Infrastructure. Artie PatrolSM is available in three packaging options: Alert, Respond, and Manage.

Artie PatrolSM Product Support Agreements protects your investments with on-going Product Support Agreements (PSA) from PDS. ArtieSM can provide proactive, on-site or remote support for HP® and IBM® Servers and select Cisco® networking devices.

How to Get Started with Infrastructure Support
To purchase our Infrastructure Support Solutions, please contact your Account Director or a PDS Salesperson by calling 800-966-6090. If necessary, PDS will assign an Engagement Manager to oversee the provisioning of the services, conduct a site assessment, configure and install the necessary tools, validate the implementation for a period of 30 days, then transition the environment to the applicable end state.
