The ArtieSM Service Desk solution is priced on either a per-interaction or per-user basis. Pricing is adjusted downward per incident as the interaction volume or the number of users increases. Contact a PDS Salesperson by calling 800-966-6090 for a quote.

How to Get Started with End-User Support
|
|
The ArtieSM Service Desk solution is performed under a Service Agreement with a standard term of three years. To purchase this service, please contact your Account Director or PDS Salesperson by calling 800-966-6090. PDS will assign an Engagement Manager to oversee service provisioning which generally takes about 30 days.
